Projects Senior Administrator

Salary: £22,620 - £23,775 (Professional Services Band 5, Point 17-22)
Contract Type: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Full time, Permanent
Location: Paignton, Devon
We are recruiting for a Projects Senior Administrator to support the effective delivery of a range of projects being delivered by the College. The post holder will work with the Projects and Partnership team and colleagues across the College to support project delivery, participant paperwork, claims and maintenance of a robust audit trail.
The successful candidate will be experienced in delivering excellent customer service to support the response to internal and external project enquiries via appropriate means (telephone, email or business visit if necessary), offering advice and guidance as appropriate. You will need good working knowledge of marketing and social media to represent and promote the projects at College open events and networking events as appropriate. You will have strong administration skills to develop comprehensive and effective project administration and management systems to maintain accurate project information and robust audit trails.
