Hays are pleased to be supporting a leading property company in the Perthshire area who are looking for a Property Administrator to support their growing office due to demand. This company has a glowing reputation for providing excellent customer service.
Your new role
You will be responsible for typing sales particulars, sending our fee quotations, sending out fee notes, updating sales performance spreadsheet, arranging property viewings, requesting Title Deeds and updating the estate agency database along with other adhoc duties.

A passion for property, knowledge of the Perthshire area is essential, resilience, compassion and fantastic customer service.
