Responsibilities:
* Doing risk assessments
* Resolving landlord issues
* Adhering to health and Safety and planning legislation
* Supporting the supplier management strategy
* Managing relocation and refurbishment projects
* Organising contractors
They are looking for:
* Demonstrable knowledge of UK Health and Safety legislation (European knowledge desirable)
* Experience managing office and logistics spaces
* Willingness to travel once a month to Yorkshire, Europe or the United States
