The role:
- As a Commercial Property Claims Handler you will handle a varied caseload of commercial Property Claims within Real Estate ranging from £10,000 to £100,000.
- You will carry out investigation of claims where appropriate to obtain quantum and liability information in order to make appropriate policy and legal liability decisions.
- Using your technical claims handling experience in order to settle claims minimising potential for increased costs.
- Provide excellent service to clients directly as well as through brokers.
To be considered, you must have a solid background in Property Claims ideally with commercial experience. Domestic / Household Claims experience will also be considered if you are able to display to correct ability and skills to move over into commercial.
