Our client is looking for a Property Compliance and Administration Officer To ensure properties remain compliant with the cyclical and contract works, provide customers with a decent place to live, to maintain their quality of life, provide up to date and accurate statistical data to provide assurance on compliance areas.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION - Skills, knowledge, and experience
Required Skills
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to negotiate with customers and other members of staff.
- Computer literate (GSuite, Microsoft Excel and Word).
- Ability to handle, analyse data and report findings.
- Ability to challenge.
Experience
- An understanding of property and maintenance would be preferable.
- Experience of using databases and excel.
- Experience of liaising with contractors.
