We are actively looking for a Compliance Manager to join a consultancy in the Manchester area on a permanent basis. As the Compliance Manager you will be:
- Completing work across the big 6 of compliance
- Developing a new organisational structure
- Working alongside senior management to develop action plans, policies, procedures, and risk assessments and implement them into different organisations
- Supporting with the development of the building safety cases
Experience / Qualifications:
- Extensive experience managing the big 6 of compliance for a housing association / local authority / consultancy
- Project management experience
- Budget management experience
- Experience working with building safety cases
- Up to date with all current legislations around compliance and asset management
- NEBOSH or equivalent qualifications
As the Compliance Manager, you will receive:
- 45,000 - 60,000
