Location: Marischal College, Aberdeen.
Duration: Full time, Permanent
Job Purpose:
To provide an effective and professional Property Factoring service to all mutual owners including the Council, in multi-storey properties .
The post holder needs to hold as a minimum:
- Qualification in Residential Property Management, or work towards this qualification
Other requirements:
- The ability to travel to locations around the city to meet the requirements of the role
- Ability to participate in evening meetings with owners when required
- Possible attendance at a statutory tribunal, for example the First-tier Tribunal
The post holder is expected to demonstrate skills and experiences:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently hold owner meetings
- Knowledge of residential property
- Desirable to have knowledge of repairs and maintenance issues
- Strong skills in using Microsoft 365 packages
- Accurate record keeping which may be required to withstand legal challenge from out with the Council
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload in order to deliver to tight deadlines
