My client, a well established, city centre based property management/chartered surveyor company are looking for an experienced Property Administrator to support their Finance team. This is a full time, permanent position, with the opportunity for hybrid working after the 3 month probation period. Duties include:
- Regularly updating the internal system with new lease agreements/renewals
- Setting up new suppliers
- Logging invoices
- Posting cash
- Opening post/scanning documents
- Taking minutes of meetings
The ideal employee would have:
- At least 2 years experience in administrative positions
- Previous experience within the property sector (desirable)
- GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C in Maths and English
- Can do attitude, with a willingness to succeed and progress
- Strong organisational and communication skills, working to high accuracy
