A leading Birmingham law firm is looking to recruit a Paralegal to join their Real Estate Securitisation team. Renowned for their outstanding support to national clients, including Housing Associations and charitable organisations, this team is expanding and eager to onboard a new member.
As a Paralegal within this vibrant team, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting clients with mortgaging their property assets, spanning from high street bank lending to debt capital markets. Your duties will encompass reviewing title documentation, analyzing planning history, and facilitating the securitisation process for large portfolio charging projects, ranging from 500 to several thousand dwellings.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in property finance or lender/re-mortgaging work
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and legal IT systems
- A law degree is preferred, but not mandatory
