Salary: GBP30k

Position: Permanent Full Time

An opportunity has arisen for a Property Inspection Clerk who has previous experience and who would now like to grow and develop their career in the property industry.

Our client is based in Brentwood and is a company with both a thriving sales and lettings department and an excellent reputation locally for being pro-active and highly energetic.

You will ideally have a great track record in Residential Property Inspections / Inventories. You will be a real people person, be able to build and maintain relationships with Landlords and Tenants, show empathy and understanding, problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure.

Skills: The skills required for this Property Inspection Clerk (Estate Agency) role will include:

• Experience in Property Inspections/Inventories
• Understanding of current lettings legislation
• Highly organised and able to prioritise work load
• Problem solve effectively
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a pressurised environment
• Knowledge of the local area helpful
• Full Driving License & car owner essential
