Property Inspector

The Recruitment Co are Property Inspector for our Client in Dundee on a Fixed Term Contract.
Pay: £25,000 & £3,000 Company Car Allowance Per Annum Pro Rata
Location: Dundee
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm
Contract: Starting Immediately until the 15th of October 2024
Duties:

• To help achieve and exceed department KPI's around volume, deadlines, profit and margin and growth of portfolio interaction in repairs
• Undertake property inspections across our portfolio of rental properties
• Identifying urgent repairs as well as recommending proactive improvements to properties
• Sourcing contractors within the City
• Ensure all void properties are checked in accordance with insurance requirements.
• Assist with preparing and diarising inventory and move out inspections
• Carry out spot checks and support to our Property Manager
• Positive client feedback

Required Skills:

• Full Uk Driving Licence with access to own car
• Available immediately
• Experience within the Property Sector - Desirable
