Core responsibilities will typically include:
- Inspection of privately rented properties.
- Carry out stock condition surveys at of occupied private rented dwellings.
- Re-inspections to ensure all non-compliance issues are resolved.
- Liaising with the Administration team who will book your appointments.
- Report writing and documenting photos, submitted on bespoke system.
Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of the current Building and Housing Regs 2019 (standards for rental houses)
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Driver's licence.
