Location: Working from home
Working hours: Monday to Friday, regular office hours
This role will involve investigating home insurance customer complaints by reviewing evidence to ensure the right outcome for the customer is made.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Home insurance claims complaints handling experience is essential
- The ability to work quickly and accurately in a target-driven environment
- The ability to manage their own time effectively, including the prioritisation and organisation of tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive and flexible attitude
