We are looking for a reliable subcontracted person to join our team of 6 other meticulous Inventory clerks.
The job role benefits from a relatively flexible work life balance where by you visit properties, record the property condition by dictaphone and evidence it via photographs. All training will be provided to the successful applicant once terms have been agreed.
We are ideally looking for someone available 9-5 Monday to Wednesday, you will not be required to work 9-5 but will be expected to complete the appointments accepted by you. Appointments can vary between 45min to 2:30hrs depending on size and travel time. Appointment times are flexible and you can choose when to do them in your day.
Most of the day you would be out and about visiting properties of all different types, from 1 bed flats to decadent estate homes, the other portion of the job is at home processing reports on our online system, no typing, report checking or uploading is required though, this is all completed in house to be more time efficient for you.
The successful applicant would be in charge of servicing our clients around the Kings Lynn, Swaffham and Hunstanton areas, however there may be rare times when you are asked to cover areas as far as Burnham Market or Dereham, only if you have capacity.
