Job Description:
As an Investment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving property sales and contributing to the company's continued success. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in the vibrant Property Investment market with the support of comprehensive training and a lucrative package.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients, understanding their investment goals and guiding them through the available property options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Effectively communicate the unique selling points of new build developments in Manchester and Liverpool.
Manage and nurture warm leads provided by the company, ensuring a high conversion rate.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Package and Perks:
£23,000 basic salary, £80,000 OTE.
Generous commission structure, with £950 in commission for the first three sales.
Monday to Friday work schedule (9 AM - 5 PM), no weekend work required.
Access to every new build development in Manchester and Liverpool.
New warm leads daily and a high volume of inquiries.
Annual company trips.
Located in the heart of Central Manchester.
Exposure to Investors around the globe.
22 days of holiday, in addition to bank holidays and a Christmas break.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the property or real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
