Recruit 2 You is excited to announce our collaboration with a highly regarded client located in Derby as we actively seek a dynamic Key Account Manager to join their team.
Our client specialises in providing digital services and technology to the property industry and is a leading revenue- generating partner for property professionals.
Your responsibilities as the new Key Account Manager:
- Build strong relationships with Key Accounts through effective onboarding and training initiatives.
- Develop customised marketing strategies to maximise Return on Investment (ROI) for our client.
- Exceed retention objectives by consistently delivering value to Key Accounts.
- Collaborate with the Key Accounts team to ensure cohesive efforts and outcomes.
- Take ownership and accountability for the success of the largest customer within the Key Accounts portfolio.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to create educational material to help drive product adoption and improve our client s overall Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Help problem solve larger and more complex issues liaising with support and development whilst communicating with the customer.
- Act as an escalation liaison between the customer, Support Team, and Product Teams to help resolve technical issues blocking product adoption or usage.
- Manage the onboarding process for new accounts by both telephone and site visits throughout the UK.
- Customer liaison and inputting information into the CRM database to track record of all correspondence and account changes.
- Assist in dealing with queries and technical calls, logging tickets, and overseeing them through to completion.
- Building strong customer relationships with users and stakeholders.
Your skills and requirements as the new Key Account Manager:
- Project/Account management / client services / training experience.
- Experience of the property industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Good Microsoft Office and ideally CRM knowledge.
- A can-do attitude and will be highly self-motivated.
- The ability to see tasks through to completion.
- Good customer relationship building skills.
- Great organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- The ability to identify upselling opportunities of new features.
- Marketing experience would be desired.
About the role:
Mon- Fri (Full time, Permanent)
9:00am 17:30pm
Salary range: GBP30,000 - GBP35,000, with the potential for additional commission, bringing total earnings to GBP40,000-GBP50,000.
