Property Law Paralegal

Calling all experienced paralegals and trainee legal executives! An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic property team of an established Law firm based in Liverpool.
As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with a variety of tasks in a fast-paced department. From opening files to communicating with clients and other agencies, your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied and challenging.
To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 12 months' experience in a property paralegal role, with a strong background in residential conveyancing work. Proficiency in preparing legal documents is essential, along with experience using Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and the Land Registry Portal. Knowledge of Infotrack would be advantageous, as would experience working in a CQS accredited practice.
The ideal candidate will be well organised, flexible, and able to work effectively under pressure. A numerate individual with a professional telephone manner, you will thrive in a busy environment and be able to provide excellent support to the property team.
