Venn Group are looking for a Property Leasing Manager for a housing association in the Southwest of England.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Negotiate leasing arrangements with Landlords
- Sourcing properties for supported housing
- Property acquisitions
- Procurement and portfolio management
- Managing voids process and handbacks
The successful candidate will have:
- Full Driving Licence
