Property Lettings Executive

Our client is seeking a hands on, enthusiastic and experienced Property Lettings Executive with potential to become the next Lettings Manger once they have proven themselves.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the lettings industry and be looking to progress their career.

• Flexible to deal with appointments out of hours when needed

• IT and administration skills
• Professional at all times

They must have experience of the following:

• Knowledge of processes and legal compliance
• Ability to arrange and conduct viewings
• Tenant referencing
• Handling property maintenance
• Carrying out property inspections

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and every other Saturday 9am - 1pm

Salary:

• Up to £24,000 basic plus £3,000 car allowance
