A fantastic law firm in Bristol is seeking a dynamic and accomplished Property Litigation Partner to join their expanding team. This senior role, born out of the firm's significant growth, offers a unique chance for a talented individual to shape their career as an equity or salaried partner, with an added emphasis on fostering a collaborative and progressive work environment.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in handling a diverse range of Property Litigation matters, including but not limited to:

landlord & tenant disputes, rights over land, boundary disputes, covenants, squatter Issues, joint ownership disputes.

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

• Proven expertise in Property Litigation
• A substantial client following of at least 250k+
• Strong business development skills
• Exceptional client management abilities
• Adeptness in handling complex legal matters with finesse
