About the Team: Join the nationally recognised Property Litigation team, equipped with extensive experience in handling complex landlord and tenant disputes. As a key player in one of the largest Property Litigation practices in the UK, they serve diverse clients, from retail and leisure giants to developers, local authorities, and public bodies.
The Role: Embark on a rewarding journey as a specialist Landlord and Tenant Solicitor within the residential Property Litigation sub-team based in the Reading office. In this role, you will:
- Provide expert advice on service charge matters, including interpreting clauses and managing tribunal proceedings.
- Handle interpretation and breaches of covenants in residential leases, including forfeiture.
- Oversee various forms of leasehold enfranchisement, including Tribunal proceedings.
- Advise on statutory and voluntary lease extensions.
- Act in matters related to Right to Manage companies.
- Offer expertise in short-form residential tenancy matters, especially AST possession claims.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience with the Building Safety Act.
