Key Responsibilities of the Property Litigation Solicitor
- Acting on behalf of lending banks and bridging loan companies exclusively within property possession matters
- Handling a busy caseload of matters at all stages of the dispute up to and including trail/ hearings
- Preparing for and attending trails
- Preparing and instructing external counsel when needed
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Property Litigation Solicitor
- Qualified Solicitor with enough experience within possession matters to pick up a caseload without much supervision
- Applications will be considered at all PQE levels
- Advocacy experience at hearings
- First class client care
