• Handle a diverse caseload of Property Litigation matters, including disputes related to commercial and residential properties.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring their interests are protected and objectives achieved.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and attend court proceedings when necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver high-quality legal services.
• Stay updated on relevant legislation and case law developments within property law.
Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in Property Litigation.
• Strong knowledge and experience in handling property disputes, including landlord and tenant matters, lease renewals, dilapidations, and possession proceedings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and client-focused approach.
• Admitted to practice law in England and Wales.
