As a part of the Real Estate Disputes Team, you will contribute to their reputation for a pragmatic approach and innovative alternative dispute resolution methods. Collaboration with other dispute resolution and real estate specialists is at the heart of their practice, ensuring the delivery of the highest quality advice on real estate disputes.
The Role:
As a Real Estate Disputes Lawyer, your responsibilities will include:
- Service Excellence: Delivering excellent client service on all matters and actively participating in cultural initiatives to enhance the firm's working environment.
- Results Delivery: Achieving personal objectives, aligning your efforts with the firm's overall goals, effectively planning and managing matters, and monitoring successful delivery.

- Business Development: Deepening your understanding of client needs, leading client relationship management activities, building your own network, and cross-referring work where appropriate.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Relevant Experience: Demonstrable experience in high-quality commercial litigation in the High Court or leading arbitration bodies.
- Team Player: Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration within the team and across the firm.
- Effective Workload Management: Ability to manage a complex and varied workload efficiently, ensuring successful resolution of disputes.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving challenges and legal landscapes.
- SRA Registration: Must be a registered lawyer with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
