Role and Responsibilities:
As a Property Litigation Solicitor with the firm, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of Property Litigation matters. Your expertise will play a vital role in advising clients on complex property disputes and finding effective resolutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a range of Property Litigation cases, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, dilapidation claims, and lease renewals.
- Providing expert legal advice and support to clients, ensuring their best interests are represented at all times.
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings relevant to Property Litigation cases.
- Conducting negotiations and settlement discussions on behalf of clients.
- Representing clients in court proceedings when necessary.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in property law and litigation practices to provide accurate and informed advice.
Requirements:
