Salary Our client is a well-run, modern legal practice situated in the rustic port town of Lymington, close to the New Forest National Park.
The role has come about due to their dispute resolution team's expansion so they are seeking a billables-focused lawyer with at least 2 years (preferably property) litigation experience to assist their busy team.
They are open to offering a very generous salary of up to £80,000 subject to incredibly strong yearly billables and relevant experience, being hesitant to limit the amount they are willing to offer the right candidate.
While many of the matters will be property law related, there will also be the chance to assist with contract/shareholder disputes and professional negligence claims.
There will be many opportunities for interesting and varied client-facing work, with the chance to progress your career according to how much you're able to bring in fees.
Clients range from business owners and landlords to tenants and insolvency practitioners.
