SalaryWe are working closely with the Partners of a boutique law firm in Birmingham.
They seek to appoint a commercially minded Property Litigation Solicitor to join the team.
The work is a varied offering of property related disputes, with a strong focus on substantial debt recovery. Their client base is National, however quite London-centric. It consists of major corporations, substantial investors and governmental departments.
This role is an exciting opportunity to join an established department, where there is an abundance of high-quality work that will allow the new team member to hit the ground running.
Candidate requirements:
- Must be UK qualified, offering a minimum of 6 years' PQE in Commercial Property Litigation.
- Training and experience with a national team is ideal.
- Must have good academics.
- As this role will require client regular interaction and meetings, you must be comfortable in this environment - and a confident communicator.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be ambitious - eagerness to progress through promotion.

Remuneration: £85,000 upwards.
