Property Maintenance Co-ordinator
Cranbrook with some travel to Paddock Wood
Full-time (9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday - gain a day off in lieu)
Salary - £25,000 (OTE up to £27,500)

About the Property Maintenance Co-ordinator role:
- Support the lettings team in administering all matters of day-to-day property management.
- Working as a team to handle the 150 properties and stepping up where needed to support the other branches.
- Raising works orders for repairs and co-ordinating work and schedules with contractors.
- Carry out routine and end of tenancy inspections, advising landlords on works necessary to prepare the property for letting.
- Liaising with tenants and landlords and dealing with their enquiries.
Requirements for the Property Maintenance Co-ordinator role:
- Self-motivated, good time management, organised, adaptable, detail orientated.
- Travel to Paddock Wood branch 2-3 times a week (paid millage) to support the team there.
- Good English skills, grammar, spelling, and phone manner.
- Previous experience in the role or life experience of understanding Property Maintenance.
- Excellent customer service skills and takes pride in your work.
- Full driving licence and own car.
