The Role:
This permanent position involves working a day shift pattern in order to provide site and Property Maintenance services across a manufacturing and industrial facility in Shropshire.
Your duties will be varied and involve site painting, decorating, general maintenance and improvements. This will include maintenance repairs across the site and working with contractors.
This role would perfectly suit a proven building maintenance or Property Maintenance Technician who has performed a diverse site maintenance role on a commercial, industrial or other business related property.

Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for site maintenance, Property Maintenance, painting / decorating, site services or similar building maintenance experience.
Living locally in Shropshire, you will ideally have good experience with site painting, decorating and general building repairs. Any experience with basic carpentry, joinery and / or using power tools as part of building maintenance would be advantageous but is not essential.
