Property Management Administrator
East Manchester
GBP23-25k Depending on experience
Monday Friday with no Weekend Working
8.30am 4.45pm Office based.
Full-time Permanent Role

Job Description:

Based in their modern office environment with a competitive salary, 20 days of holiday (plus Bank Holidays), and additional religious holidays throughout the year. My client is a small and unique Property Management company based in East Manchester offering exceptional customer service and knowledge of the property market. They have grown from strength to strength and now manage properties all over the Northwest and are seeking an experienced Property Management Administrator.
You will be self-motivated with a proactive approach and have experience of working under pressure with a keen eye for numbers. Good interpersonal skills are a key requirement for this role.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing changes of tenancy utility bills
  • Processing regular council tax and ground rent payments
  • Liaising with Landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Credit Control
  • Renewals and Rent Increases
  • Processing Landlord statements and payments
  • Dealing efficiently, precisely, and courteously with telephone callers
  • Undertaking general office duties and supporting the Property Management team which could include visiting properties around the Manchester area so a driving license is necessary for this role along with your own transport.


You will ideally have the following experience:

  • Natural ability for figures
  • Attention to detail consistency and accuracy
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Microsoft Office package knowledge e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Experience with Property Management software would be beneficial
