The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of our property portfolio, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining high standards of Property Management.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure timely and effective property maintenance.
- Coordinate repossessions with third parties, such as locksmiths and enforcement agencies.
- Manage and facilitate agent access to properties for various purposes.
- Handle and schedule all necessary maintenance work across the property portfolio.
- Monitor bi-monthly property inspections and address any required works promptly.
- Maintain and compile detailed spreadsheets related to Property Management tasks.
- Schedule appointments with agents for property valuations, auctions, and marketing appraisals.
- Collaborate with the wider team and contribute to overall business coordination.
- Communicate with tenants to obtain relevant information, including AST and rental details.
- Schedule access for agents and handle tenant matters related to maintenance.
- Oversee rent collection for the tenanted portfolio to ensure timely payments.
- Schedule, review, and negotiate with contractors and agents on matters pertaining to the property portfolio.
- Proven experience in Property Management or a related field.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet management.
- Familiarity with property regulations and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
