Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for an exciting opportunity?
Join our clients esteemed estate agency's Fleet office and become an integral part of their dynamic and fast-paced team.
Our clients are a rapidly expanding company seeking an experienced Property Manager to work in the team and manage our property portfolio fostering strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Your role will be pivotal in driving portfolio growth while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections for our managed portfolio
- Oversee compliance and file finishing for check-ins, including utility switches and council tax arrangements
- Coordinate quotes for dilapidations post check-outs, ensuring agreement between landlords and tenants before deposit release through TDS
- Manage safety certificates and ensure they are updated on the CRM for Gas, Electric, EPC, Smoke, and CO alarms
- Address maintenance issues promptly and effectively
- Proven experience in Residential Lettings/Property Management
- ARLA qualification is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage with both landlords and tenants effectively
- Collaborative mindset for delivering exceptional customer service
- Organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team
- Excellent time management abilities
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a drive to succeed
- Must possess a clean and full driving license along with personal transport
