To properly handle tenant interactions, property maintenance, and financial administration, this profession requires a combination of administrative, financial, and interpersonal abilities.
Tasks required by this job includes:
Oversee a home or business property's day-to-day activities.
Tenant relations management entails screening possible tenants, collecting rent, and responding to maintenance issues.
Keep the property in good shape by scheduling repairs and preventive maintenance as needed.
Enforce property rules and lease agreements.
Prepare and manage the real estate budget
Find new renters and market unoccupied units
Keep detailed records of all financial transactions and property upkeep.
Communicate with contractors, vendors, and other third-party service providers.
Keep current on important legislation and regulations.
