Property Manager

Busy centralized Property Management Company based in West London looking for an AST Property Manager. The office is looking for an enthusiastic, positive, dynamic, dependable individual with experience in property management.
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Negotiating contract renewals on behalf of tenants and landlords.
Managing and overseeing rental properties while answering and solving tenant and landlord questions and concerns.
Arranging and attending to property inspections, preparing inspection reports
Arranging checkout inspections and dealing with dilapidations
Keeping communication open with Landlords while developing value based solutions
Managing maintenance worksheets and notes
Candidates are expected to be organised, good at problem solving and excellent people skills are essential for this demanding position.
Clean UK drivers licence is essential
Property Management experience is an advantage
ARLA qualification is an advantage
Alto PM software knowledge is an advantage
Remuneration based on experience.
