Pinpoint Resourcing are partnering with a Property Management company based on North London who are urgently seeking a Property Manager.
Duties:
- To maintain good Freehold and Leaseholder relationships by providing a high-quality service within company timeframes
- Diary management on a daily basis
- Willing to assist the senior members of the team in a day-to-day capacity & fellow PMs
- Reviewing all properties, ensuring maintenance and utilities are completed to high standard
- Additional ad-hoc duties to support the team
- Client facing - assured, respectful, builds and maintains excellent relationships & delivering to agreements in place
Desirable:
- Professional manner
- 3+ years workin in a property management business
Salary:
- £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
