We’re searching for a Property Managerto join our friendly and hard-working team at A2Dominion Ealing, a large housing association operating across London and southern England. To let properties within agreed targets, maximising A2Dominions return on investment & Private Rent brand.

More about the role:
You’ll be responsible for:
· Responsible for resolving customer queries promptly, including liaison with the A2Dominion Operational Teams, residents, and 3rd party providers as required.
· Carry out a planned program of Estate & Property inspections, taking responsibility for follow up reporting and actions.
· Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
· Responsible for overseeing Block cost control and reporting to deliver a cost effective service.
· Responsible for ensuring compliance monitoring is carried out in accordance with agreed schedules & legislation.
· Provide support to Line Manager & team, deputising in their absence.
· Collaborate with Lettings team in the review of lettings and marketing activity in accordance with internal Key performance indicators.
· Carry out property viewings, providing applicants with relevant property & lettings information
· Oversee the effective collection of rental income, liaising with internal contacts and customers.
· Oversee all end and start of tenancy activities
· Facilitate the successful implementation of empty property management processes
More about you:
For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following:
· Previous experience of working in a letting’s capacity
· Great Admin skills
· Understanding of Tenancy, Deposit & Lettings legislation
· Excellent Customer Services Skills
· Great Negotiation Skills
· Team Player but also able to work on own initiative
· ARLA Qualified (not essential)
· Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C) A
