Property Manager / Assistant Step Up

Junior Property Manager / Assistant step up opportunity - Wokingham office (4-5 days home based) - £35-40k

We’re working with one part of a large international property group which specialises in all aspects of Residential Property Services across the UK and beyond.

They now have a unique "step up" / "Junior" Property Manager opportunity available as follows:

• Initially working 1 day per week from their office in Wokingham, reducing to once per fortnight and then once per month post probation, spending the rest of your time working from home or on site as appropriate
• Managing a long held, well run and decent quality portfolio comprising less than 450 units based to the West of London (Middlesex) and closely surrounding
• Undertaking the full range of duties (with support and training where needed) including budgets, maintenance, insurance, major works and inspections
• Liaising internally with the Property Management and Accounts teams and externally with residents and clients
• Providing a quality led service with accountability and excellent communication
• Structured career path leading to PM and Senior PM titles with commensurate remuneration

The successful Assistant / Junior Property Manager can expect a starting salary up to a maximum of £40k (£35-40k depending on experience and qualification) alongside a benefits package that will include 25 days holiday (plus public and additional days around Christmas), electric car salary sacrifice (if desired), pension, free parking (when visiting the office) and recognition/reward for length of service at set milestones.
