Property Manager - Paddington

PROPERTY MANAGER - PADDINGTON
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Location: Paddington, Central London.
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm / 9.30am - 5.30pm
Our client a reputable property business based in Paddington, Central London is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team. You will be managing a portfolio of circa 100 properties.
Key responsibilities:
* Liaise with tenants, Landlords and contractors alike regarding maintenance issues.
* Arrange inventory check in/outs.
* Coordinate gas safety checks, EICR and EPC's and updates for the utility companies and councils.
* Conduct property inspections.
* Arrange quotes for works and get approval from Landlords.
* Update records and inform negotiators/landlords
* Register tenants' deposits with the Deposit Protection scheme.
* Handle end of tenancy process, dilapidations, terminations, refunds and deposit releases and make sure these are dealt with in a timely manner and accurate.
* Maintain landlord/tenant/property records.
* Maintain keys (for managed properties)
* Serve notice - section 21 and section 8.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience in Property Management 1 year minimum (Required)
* Experience of a Property Management System. They are using Alto.
* ARLA qualification will be advantageous. Not essential and the company is happy to support with ARLA training.
