Form of workOur client a respected independent Estate Agency is currently seeking a Trainee/Property Manager to join their close-knit team in the Heswell area. They are going through a strong period of growth in all aspects of the business, making it a really exciting time to join!
Ideally, our client is seeking someone with at least 12 months of experience as a Property Manager however, will consider any applicant with transferable skills
Working Days:
As a Trainee/Property Manager, you will be required to work on a full-time basis Monday to Friday.
Our clients are offering the successful Property Manager:
- £22,000- £25,000 basic salary
- Team commission of up to £29,500
- Ongoing training & support

Trainee/Property Manager requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised and skilled at managing your own workload
- Confident with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Full driving licence & access to own car
- Property Management experience (at least 12 months ideally)
Key tasks of a Trainee/Property Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
- Manage and oversee an allocated portfolio of properties
- Communicate with Landlords and Contractors regarding properties and any maintenance works required/actions to be undertaken, resolving accordingly
- Arrange and attend Property inspections, providing feedback to Landlords
- Booking and conducting inspections
- Making sure all legal compliances are up to date
