Our client is looking for Property Managers with a difference, they need to be a relationship manager as well to give the best experience for their landlords and tenants. so Property
related experience is not essential, but being a people person is.
What do Our Property Manager’s do?
A Property Manager oversees the daily operations of a residential property, ensuring the property is run smoothly and efficiently, and making sure that that the needs of the landlords
are met.
Property Managers may manage a single unit or a group of apartments, houses or buildings in different locations or an estate.
They take on a variety of tasks from finding new tenants to holding property inspections to performing administrative tasks.
Using our comprehensive software, maintain property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating, and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.
- Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.
- Attract tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining advantages of location and services, and showing units.
- Arrange contracts with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposit.
- Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, and completing repairs, planning renovations.
- Maintain building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising data and trends.
- Accomplish organisation goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests and explore opportunities to add value (Account Management).
Property Manager Qualifications / Skills:

Education and Experience needed
- Property related experience would be a bonus but is not essential as full training will be given.
- Solid knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
