Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a new opportunity? Our client, a leading property management company, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their friendly team. With a rapidly growing portfolio and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, this is an exciting chance to be part of a successful and passionate team.

As a Property Manager, your key role & responsibilities will be:

• Managing a large portfolio of properties efficiently and effectively.
• Overseeing maintenance projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors.
• Resolving queries or complaints from Landlords and Tenants promptly and professionally.
• Handling invoicing and rent payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Negotiating costs with external contractors and suppliers.
• Preparing financial reports as required and managing financial aspects of property management.
• Liaising with utility providers regarding void periods and billing issues.
• Ensuring a smooth transition from application through to tenancy for new tenants.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in property management, with a strong understanding of the industry.
• Financial competence and a good grasp of financial information.
• Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of property law and compliance regulations.
• Strong dispute resolution abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with reliability and punctuality.

Desirable skills:

• A recognised property management qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.

Salary & Package:

• Salary: £25,000.00 - £35,000.00 per year, dependent on experience.
• Bonus Scheme.
