Job Purpose
This role is designed to support the business in growing its client base for both Sales & Lettings. Its duties include pitching the company s Why and demonstrating the value we bring on valuations to convert business into new instructions. Building, and maintaining strong relationships with new, existing clients and new clients. It will also involve generating new leads for the business
Day to day responsibility:
• Possess a strong understanding of the agency's mission, vision, and values as well as its services and products with colleagues, clients, and all external parties.
•Understanding of market, competitors, and industry positioning
•Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
•To build an affiliate army, identifying new business opportunities through the promotion of third parties and current suppliers
•Actively hit targets this includes valuations, instructions, conversion rate, performance bonus, net promoter score.
•To run Tips for Crawley Landlords Facebook Group, run a Facebook group called Tips for Property Sellers & Buyers in Crawley and create your own Facebook Expert Profile linked to Inspire to be seen as a market expert and go to in the world of property.
•Attending conferences, and networking locally and nationally to build relationships with industry partners can include early morning breakfast clubs or evening network groups.
•Work alongside Client Services Team.
•Identify new opportunities for growing the lettings business
•Approach developers for bringing large portfolios for management.
•Creating new lettings funnels and nurturing leads
•Video Content Producer confident on camera, able to communicate in a clear and concise manner with the audience via camera.
•Manage marketing budget and produce reports outlining ROI on the advertisement and identifying the best marketing strategy.
•Reporting to the Property Marketing Manager and working alongside with Lettings Manager and Client Services Team.
•Continuous professional development - constantly improving current soft/hard skillset. Staying up to date with new trends.
•Continue with legal compliance training and up-to-date knowledge
•Publish on Educational Channels videos, webinars, publicity.
•Nurture sales investors
•Identify the best investment property of the week and showcase it
•To carry out the valuations for Sales/Lettings and close them into instruction.
•Mine data within inspire utilising Customer satisfaction reports and NPS
•Build and manage relationships with current and new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address those needs.
•Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients
