SalaryWe have an exciting opportunity for a Property Marketing Consultant/Valuer to join the Luton branch of the UK's largest Independent Property Services Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintaining strong relationships with vendors
- Generate new and repeat business
- Gain new instructions for properties to market
- Market properties to buyers utilising various marketing skills
- Complete contracts on properties
- Upsell additional products
- Prepare brochures for each property
- Canvass the local area
- Ensure properties adhere to H&S standards
Key Requirements:
- Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
- Demonstratable industry experience
- Good team player
- Support management with leading the team
- A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office packages)
This is a permanent role with a basic salary of 18,000 to 22,000 dependant on experience and a complete on-target earnings of 35,000+ per annum.
