A Property Negotiator is required for Hunters' busy commercial estate agents. The Property Negotiator is a rare career-staring vacancy suited to a person who is interested in a career in property and keen to progress as the Property Negotiator will have the opportunity to be enrolled in the Property Mark Commercial Course fully funded.

Property Negotiator – the job
- Initially shadowing a Senior Negotiator
- Attending properties, meeting clients, measuring buildings and working out floor areas, doing initial appraisals
- There may be some management work including reading meters, carrying out inspections and completing an inspection form
- Taking down enquiries and sending details out via email.
- The successful candidate must be prepared to do the Property Mark course on commercial estate agency which we will be paid for and time would be made for sitting exams, doing revision etc. This will lead to a commercial property qualification.
- Driving License and own vehicle
- Selling Experience preferred
- Excellent phone manner
- Strong Customer Service
- A willingness to learn and progress
- Apple Mac proficient
