Property Paralegal

Property Paralegal – Midlands - No Public Sector Experienced Required 

Vivid are working with a long time public sector client based in the Midlands who are looking to bring a Property Paralegal into their team on an interim basis.

They are a very supportive team and are looking for someone to start ASAP, but could wait 2 weeks for the right candidate.

Role Description:

• Property Paralegal/Legal Officer
  • Dealing with a caseload of Right To Buy Matters
  • Assisting with a range of Leases and Licenses
  • Other ad hoc support to the Property team

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Paralegal/Legal Officer/Legal Executive
• Experience working in Property Law or Conveyancing
• Ability to attend the office once per week
• No public sector experience required, the client are happy to consider any candidates with experience in Property Law

On Offer:

• Office attendance once per week
• Rolling contract (term TBC, minimum of 4 months)
• Hourly rate based on experience
