As a Property Portfolio Manager / PA, you will be tasked with managing a diverse Property Portfolio, liaising with landlords and tenants, and providing administrative support to the senior management team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse Property Portfolio
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate property maintenance and inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly
- Offer administrative support to senior management
- Building rapport and maintaining good working relationships with tenants and contractors.
- Dealing with Houses of multiple occupancy (HMO's)
Requirements for Property Portfolio Manager
* Previous experience in property management especially with HMO's
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively
* A valid driving license and own transport
* Right to work in UK essential
