The team are growing and as such they are keen to add a Paralegal to assist with commercial litigation matters. 
You will manage a busy caseload of mostly small claims pursuer matters - simple procedure and ordinary cause. 
You shall work closely with the Solicitors, assisting them and will undertake initial investigations, evidence gathering, drafting letters and negotiating settlements. 
Previous relevant experience of 1 year is required.
