A thriving firm based in Surrey seeks multiple Senior Property solicitor on a permanent, full-time basis.
An opportunity has arisen for a talented Senior solicitor to join our client’s busy office in Surrey. The successful candidate will be required to hit the ground running, managing a complex caseload of residential conveyancing matters.

Freehold and leasehold property
Re-mortgages
Obtaining Land Registry documents
Shared ownership
Transfers of equity
Licenses
Right to buy
Converting leads into case matters
Taking new enquiries
The Candidate
Conveyancers, legal executives and solicitors with a minimum of five years’ PQE
Exceptional client care and communication skills are required
Attention to detail will be a key attribute
IT proficiency is important
