Property Solicitor

Exciting opportunity for a Self-Employed Property Lawyer to head up our client's new legal team department. As a Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring their rights are protected for their best interests. Your expertise in negotiation and legal analysis will play a crucial role in resolving complex legal matters.

The chosen candidate will live within a commutable distance from Kent/ South London. This would be a remote role to begin with.

• Provide planning legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal issues
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases
• Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
• Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact client cases
• Build strong relationships with clients based on trust and professionalism

• Fully qualified with 5+ experience in Property Law
• Excellent knowledge of laws, regulations, and legal procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Live within a commutable distance to Kent/South London

• £50,000 OTE per annum
• 30 hours per week
• Hybrid working
