SalaryReinhardt Estate Agents presents an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Valuer based in London Borough of Hillingdon.
This is a full-time, permanent position with an OTE of £30,000 to £55.000+.

We’re looking for a pro-active and professional Valuer/Lister who is seeking an exciting challenge working as part of our very well established company.
You must have Estate Agency experience including property valuing who ideally has expert local knowledge in Middlesex and surrounding areas .
Assisting the director in acquiring and maintaining leading market share to a significant margin in sales and lettings.
Taking instruction and signing new contracts. Undertake measure ups, photographs & brochure production for Marketing.
Being acutely aware of your own stock numbers and profile for sale, with a strong awareness of local competition's stock.
Working closely with the team to identify new business opportunities.
Ensuring there is cross-selling of our services throughout the company by referring potential business to different departments, particularly FS and Lettings.
Negotiating sales to a successful exchange and completion.
Support the branch to meet branch business plan targets.

Valuer duties include:
Attending valuations and viewings.
Measuring up and dictating accurate sales details.
Taking fabulous photographs.
Winning new business.
Sales negotiations.
Meeting and exceeding achievable targets.
Providing excellent customer service.
Keys Skills: Current Estate Agency sales experience with a good sales valuation conversion rate. A Positive approach to your work and have good local knowledge
